Hello, thanks for reading! I was born at the Jesuit College, Stonyhurst, Lancashire, UK. A Sun Aquarius, I also have the Moon, Venus, and his Imum Coeli, or bottom of my Natal Chart as well as Chiron, in the sign of Aquarius.
With an Ascendant in Libra and Uranus, the ruler of astrology, Conjunct my Midheaven, the part of our Natal Horoscopes linked to career, my path as an Astrologer could be said to be karmic. I also have the highly penetrative and psychological planetary angle or Aspect of Pluto Trine Mercury, which gives me (I hope) a natural instinct for research and analysis.
I have been a professional astrologer for 16 years and though self-taught my interest first began when I was still at High School. That interest became, over time, a burning quest to understand what made myself and others tick.
A Diploma qualified management career initially ensued cumulating in the role of an Operations Controller managing 800 people, followed by business consultancy. But astrology was like a clarion call, and eventually I became compelled to study in greater depth before leaving business behind and after some years of penury taking the plunge as a professional astrologer.
My work is now distributed through 200 newspapers, magazines and websites worldwide including New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, South Africa, Bahrain, Canada and the USA. In the UK I write for Tesco, the Press Association, Chat and Pick Me Up for IPC Magazines and 3 Mobile. Clients also include Proctor and Gamble and Leo Burnett. My work has also been translated into Russian.
I am a member of the National Union of Journalists and believe it is highly important to add credibility to astrology’s standing in the general media. As we have seen with Urban Myth of Ophiuchus the 13th Zodiac Sign blowing up again in January 2011, this is no easy task!
Astrology
Astrology may be derided by some, but I hope my background in a conventional business environment demonstrates how seriously I ply my craft. I sincerely believe astrology is a wonderful tool for greater personal understanding and the greater promotion of personal and inter-relationship harmony. Quite simply, it works. Most of the people who knock astrology don't even know really what it entails.

My other interests include playing piano and guitars, France and running. I have also has avidly followed modern jazz for many years and modern soul music.
