Astrological Week from 7th March…

Last Friday’s Pisces New Moon continues to propel its shimmering magic into this week, and with Mercury and Uranus combining in Pisces, and Mars angling well with Pluto, this can be a start to a week, when the ephemeral qualities of this zodiac sign, are lit up in astral lights.

The Week also begins with a fab Venus Jupiter Sextile, ideal for catching up with friends and for setting up sociable possibilities and indeed this influence lasts right through to next Monday. And this also brings an Aries footnote into the equation, one which is set to grow stronger by the week’s end. Why?

Well, Mercury arrives in Aries on Thursday, bringing a lot of mental activity to the fore, and seeing those more dreamlike or provisional plans, turned into actual new beginnings. Of course this is followed by the long trumpeted arrival of the rebellious energies of Uranus, into Aries on Saturday. So many people within the astrology firmament continue to talk about this as being some kind of amazing event, and for sure for some people and some things, I think not.

Remember, Aries is ruled by Mars the God of war. And what has been something of a spiritual uprising in Libya (under Pisces placed planets) in terms of some of its citizens wanting to free themselves from the chains of a tyrannical dictatorship, will move to a more ruthless phase, a time when however heroic people have been, the extra fire power of the regime will begin to wear away, not at their resolve, but their improvised resources.

For us lucky enough to have our lives which are simply full of imperfections, yes, some new radical possibilities may come through over the next eight years, but equally, incredibly grave events could follow. What is an unstable world now, may be about to get a whole more so.

In your personal situation, and to try end on a slightly cheerier note, being open minded, is definitely going to be in vogue!
