Astrology Overview for WC 27th June 2016

The week begins with a Quarter Moon in the sign of Aries. This urges us to grapple with any tendency to act rashly without considering the emotional consequences. On the same day however, and Tuesday, Mercury continues to sparkle in a brilliant alliance with Uranus. Even if the inner planets are urging us to be more mindful of the emotional side of life this particular combination is great for sudden flashes of inspiration, or looking at things in a fresh light.

The week also begins with Venus continuing its wonderfully nuanced angle to Neptune. Just like last week this offers the most spiritual possibilities when it comes to loving and connecting to others. From the middle of the week however, it’s the Sun’s turn to forge this healing angle to Neptune, but in order to access this to its full the trick is going to be in tune into our true feelings and therefore following our hunches, rather than trying to push them away.

By Wednesday, Mars ends its backward journey which began in mid-April, for though it does stay for now in the sign of Scorpio. It moving forward to this Zodiac sign gives us all the appreciation passions that drive us forwards in life and the need to get beyond superficial appearances.

Mercury, however, does relocate on Thursday, arriving in the sign of Cancer and joining up with Venus and the Sun. Mercury in Cancer is not its most auspicious transit. But what we can take from this through to the middle of July, when he enters Leo , is the ability to counter our more emotional, and sometimes subconscious attitudes, with a more logical contrast.

However, perhaps the most powerful planetary aspect of this whole week occurs right through the whole seven days, and sees Venus in opposition with Pluto . This is one of those aspects which can create a lot of sexual energy, and neat attraction or see intense discussions regarding finances. In either situation. The key is understand motivations, and also those of anyone we encounter. For someone could lay on the charm with a trowel, but they may well have a hidden agenda. So if you are asked on a date, or meet someone for the first time even if there is an incredible attraction between you, you may wish to slow things down a little bit before you get fully involved.
