This week sees influences predominantly in the signs of Leo and Scorpio. In the Lion, we have the Sun, Mercury and Jupiter, well, at least until the last day of the week when Venus moves into the sign too.
Yet in Scorpio, there is a Quarter Moon on Monday, a square between Mars and Jupiter which runs on from last week, and also a square between Saturn and the conjunction in Leo of the Sun and Mercury. So what does this all mean?
Well, the joyfulness and expressiveness that Leo energy is bringing to bear is challenged by the deeper more scrutinising vibes coming from Scorpio. You may encounter a situation this week where you are very enthusiastic about something call someone that someone you interact with, may seem much less impressed.
Try not to be deflated by this. This is just their way of being less impressed by the style, and more focused on the substance. So each influence can learn from the other. Yet there is little doubt that Saturn can be a more restrictive, somewhat joy killer for the Sun and Mercury.
You may also encounter this week possessiveness, control and jealousy issues. These may not occur directly in your own personal situation that you may hear of them affection friends or family members or colleagues. Essentially, the warmth, love and expressiveness of Leo is being tempered by deeper, sometimes less tangible vibes.
Ironically, Mars in its trine with Neptune continues this week, and this is an aspect of genuine self-sacrifice. Great for any charitable activities, for helping those who are less fortunate this can counter some of the politics that the big Fixed Squares throw.
