The other stand out planetary influence is the continuing opposition between Jupiter in Cancer, and Pluto in Capricorn. Worth pointing out that Jupiter is Exalted in Cancer, in other words given special extra benefits to us during its transit through the sign for the next eleven months or so. Why is this? Well, Jupiter is about growth, expansion and optimism when think of it as Sagittarius’s ruler, but he also rules or co-rules Pisces, and because Cancer is a Cardinal sign, in other words a leader, but ruled by the Moon, it is the Pisces side of Jupiter, spiritual growth and awareness – self knowledge that can expand with its help – if we decide to take it! The opposition with Pluto can see us come into contact with someone who will try to change our outlook or beliefs, or we may learn new outlooks and beliefs for ourselves.
