Astrology Overview for WC 6th August 2018

Monday is a big day this week, with Uranus beginning its retrograde in Taurus, and Venus moving into one of its two home zones of Libra. However Uranus does continue to square off to Mars for the next two weeks, and the tensions that this has been creating since the 2nd week of May, off and on, are still going to be prevalent. It’s going to be important to resist any form of inflexibility, or fixed positions. Because Uranus is the co-regents of Aquarius, where Mars is located, it’s almost as if anything we don’t want to change probably will end up changing around us.

Of course we continue to have Mercury in retrograde – along with the North Node for three phases this month, as well as the Sun ‘s passage all through the sign of Leo. Despite the retrograde still think there’s lots of opportunities to rejuvenate, to refresh, to infuse, to use the sparkling power of the Sun in its home zone to bring about new possibilities. It’s just that some of these possibilities may stop start go again, not necessarily flow in a consistent way.

What Venus in Libra, this gives us an opportunity to do is to see the other side of the story, to be attentive to how other people feel, to enter into a spirit of give-and-take, and of course no little glam thrown in too.

The Partial Solar Eclipse which occurs on Saturday in Leo, is a further boost to any individualistic hopes that we have, I just feel that Mars is saying initially this week, that has to work for the others that were cooperating with, and once he rewinds on Sunday into Capricorn where he will stay for a month, and brings an exhaltation to bear, that if we can shape any talents plans or projects we have some colour tangible form which provides solid returns, then this is what we should do.
