Try talking someone out of a decision, and you may find they dig their heels in even further. The harder you push, the more stubborn they might be. Don't go there, as doing so could make things tense rather than constructive. Instead, try to turn any conversations to your advantage. There can be a way if you look for it, and it could involve building a case that they simply can't resist.
