General

All services offered by www.patrickarundell.com an Associate of the Service Provider, Star Psychics Group, are for entertainment only. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer's permission to make the call.

All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded. This is a requirement of PhonePayPlus the Regulator in the UK. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.

Whilst www.patrickarundell.com believes all readers to be the best available, they are self-employed, sub contracted Readers and as such www.patrickarundell.com nor its Service Provider, Star Psychics, have control over the content of any readings and therefore cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose.  www.patrickarundell.com nor Star Psychics will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied in this website.

Credit Card Services

To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made.

We reserve the right to alter or amend the above first time caller offer.

For return callers, we charge £30.99 for the first 20 minutes, £40.99 for 30 minutes and thereafter £1.53 per minute. All charges are made in Sterling (GBP). The credit card merchant of “Star Psychics Limited” shall appear on your credit card statement.

We also offer a “Five Minute Guarantee” whereby customers who do not connect with a chosen reader within the first five minutes, are offered their money back or an alternative reader to provide inspiration and guidance.

A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at Star Psychics Ltd discretion in cases of persistent complaints.

Premium Rate Telephone Services

To use these services you must either be the bill payer or have the bill payer’s permission to make the call.

Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.50 per minute from a BT line. Plus an access charge from the phone company the client is with.

Text Services (UK)

Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply.

These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3, and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short-code per calendar day.

The charge for our Live Text a Psychic Service is £1.50 per text (up to 2 texts per reply) per message received (18+ Entertainment only. SP: Inveroak. Help: 0845 050 4380).

Complaints

If you have a complaint about any of our services you may either ring our customer care number 0800 422 0422 UK) or write to Star Psychics Ltd, PO Box 132, Tavistock PL19 0WA. It is our aim to follow up any complaint within two to three working days (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)

Use of Data

Star Psychics Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the data protection act as a Data Controller. Unless you request to be excluded we will only use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter or promotional SMS text messages) We will not pass any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. PhonePayPlus.

Barring of Access

Star Psychics Ltd may at its discretion temporarily or permanently bar a users access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in anyway, is abusive to company employees or readers, has committed an act of fraud against Star Psychics Ltd or any of its associated companies.
