2019 Chinese Year of the Boar

2019 is the year of the Boar, starting from February 5^th, 2019 and lasting to January 24th, 2020. The Boar is the twelfth in the 12-year cycle of Chinese zodiac signs. The Years of the Boar include 1923, 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995, 2007, 2019, 2031, 2043.

In traditional Chinese Astrology, Boars are said to be prone to laziness, clumsiness and sometimes even gluttony.
