Astrology 18th September. Pluto does an about turn going direct, and ending its yearly retrograde. In the process it also moves back into an exact Square with the radical energies of Uranus.
The Square between Uranus and Pluto has been going on this year, on a slightly wider orb, or area of influence, since May. However, it also was Squaring Pluto, again broadly, for five months of last year, between May and September.

This angle between Uranus and Pluto, is a clash between Uranus’ in Aries desire for instant action, sometimes without forethought, sometimes where simmering frustrations have gone on unexpressed for too long.
The Arab Spring started with Jupiter’s Square to Pluto but was certainly then given extra pep an energy by Uranus. In a way, Uranus in Aries, is a shoot now, ask questions later influence, though it does have many reforming and innovative benefits.
Battling against the traditional energies of Pluto locate in Capricorn this causes a lot of tension. Pluto wants to repress the changes demanded by Uranus and maintain the status quo. However, Uranus can also reveal the corruption of power that may exist in Pluto in Capricorn and demand more transparency. And yet even when Uranus wins through, this can often leaves a power vaccum which can be dangerously unstable.
Moon Conjunct Saturn
Also today the Moon in Libra, passes directly over Saturn, which although exalted (or more suitably placed in Libra, than many zodiac signs) can lead to some tensions, but not lasting ones.
